DC-FLEX® Restrained Joint DN 80 to DN 250
At CONSTRUTEC we have pipes with DC-FLEX® joints with diameters from DN 80 to DN 250, with a large upper opening and a small lower opening.
With “R” high pressure seal
The DC-FLEX® restrained joint for pipes from DN 80 to DN 250 has two different opening sizes. The upper opening is larger than the lower opening.
The high pressure seal is used in restraint systems with DN 80 to DN 250 for pipes that are exposed to high internal pressures and is used when the application of trenchless techniques by traction is necessary.
DC-FLEX® Restrained Joint DN 300 to DN 600
Pipes with DC-FLEX® joints with diameters from DN 300 to DN 500 are secured with four segments instead of two, with the same opening size at both the top and the bottom.
With Anti-Slip Ring
The anti-slip ring for the DC-FLEX® restrained joint is available from DN 80 to DN 500, inclusive.
The anti-slip ring has been designed to prevent the execution of weld beads when cuts are made in the pipes. This solution provides significant performance in execution, as well as installation savings.
