Product and Installation Training for Local Workers

At Construtec, we consider theoretical and practical training for the operators who will be installing the pipes to be fundamental.

To this end, we travel to where our clients are located and participate with them in workshops where they are instructed on the fundamental concepts of the product they will be handling.

During these sessions, workers are trained:

• To familiarize themselves with the product.
• To understand the project objectives clearly.
• And to explain the importance of their participation for the successful installation of the pipeline.

In this way, the greater the preparation and knowledge of the product by the workers, the higher their level of productivity.

Upon completion of the work, Construtec presents each of the operators with a “Training Diploma”.
